Text Box: We want to extend a big WELCOME to all of you and invite you to visit us this year!  We are located seven miles east of Fredericksburg on Hwy 290E and are open seven days  a week from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.!  We are super excited about our 2nd annual Gourmet Chili Pepper & Salsa Festival in July (7/25-27,2008)!  In addition to specialty food vendors, speakers, chefs, and live music, we have invited some hot air balloonists to join the fun!   We have enclosed some Butterfly Haus passes for you and some wildflower seed packets to hand out or use yourself!  (Plant in the fall in Texas.)  Our Butterfly Haus is open March through October. Our gift shop, plants and pottery areas are open year round.  and has more information!  Thanks for visiting our booth!
