Saturday, April 28th, 2012 Join us in Fredericksburg, Texas for the 2nd annual Hill Country Wine & Music Festival! Celebrate Wine, Music and Food! We are bringing together vibations, libations and cuisine to benefit the establishment of the Texas Center for Wine and Culinary Arts with a proposed location at the Hill Country University Campus in Fredericksburg, Texas. The Wine and Music Festival is scheduled for Saturday, April 28th, 2012. The 2012 festival will be held at Wildseed Farms. The festival hours are 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. Enjoy wine from Texas wineries, accompanied by delicious offerings from participating hill country restaurants and specialty food manufacturers. Participating Texas wineries will utilize their new TABC "F" permits to sample and sell wine by the glass and bottle. Each restaurant will use a basket of Texas Agricultural products for use in cooking demonstrations that result in free samples for customers to enjoy during the festival along with "finger" foods for purchase.
