Visiting Central Texas? Come by and see us at Wildseed Farms, seven miles east of Fredericksburg Texas (Click Here for Map) on Highway 290E. We have 200 acres of wildflowers in various stages of growth here on the farm. Springtime visitors will likely see Texas bluebonnets, red corn poppies, phlox, and a gorgeous array of other spring flowers. Summer visitors will enjoy cosmos, sunflowers, zinnias and other warm weather bloomers. In the fall, the fields are planted for the following year's color.

Working Wildflower Farm

Fun for the whole family and a great way to spend a relaxing day in the beautiful Hill Country. See how wildflowers are grown in rows to be harvested for seed at the largest working wildflower farm in the United States. See Bluebonnets, Poppies and many other species in various stages of growth. Bring the camera and capture the ultimate in wildflower photographs! Market Center
The Market Center building complex, a work of craftsmanship, is constructed of aromatic Eastern red cedar and limestone. Our Retail Center features a huge selection of Texas gifts, specialty foods and fine ladies' apparel. You'll also find jewelry, unique gardening gadgets and, of course, wildflower seed grown on the farm.

BrewBonnet Biergarten
Our BrewBonnet Biergarten offers guests a place to relax and sit a spell. Beer, wine, and soft drinks are available. We also offer delicious ice cream, sandwiches, and other snacks. Our Garten Haus courtyard features live plants to add color to your landscape or patio. The Nature Haus features a large assortment of ideas, and foods for your backyard friends. Birding Books, wild bird seed, bird houses, and humming bird feeders are just a few of the many items offered in our Nature Haus.

Southern Plaza: offers visitors a unique opportunity to enjoy the serenity of this structure. A massive wind chime has a calming effect on the sole as you sit back and relax to the sounds of nature.
